This “webinar” will explain the usage of these features in addition to demonstrating how they are configured in the Administrative section of your EM site:

These sessions will be conducted using a combination of a toll-free conference phone line in conjunction with the Live Meeting application, which allows you to view the desktop of the demonstration site in real-time. Each connection will incur a fee of $45.
