Oncology Nursing Society Selects Editorial Manager to Manage Submission and Peer Review

February 5, 2019 | North Andover, Massachusetts –

Aries Systems is pleased to announce the adoption of its web-based manuscript tracking and peer review system, Editorial Manager, by the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS). The Society’s two journals, Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing and Oncology Nursing Forum, have transitioned to Editorial Manager from a previous system.

Leslie McGee, Senior Editorial Manager, Oncology Nursing Society said of the adoption: “We opted to transition to Editorial Manager because we needed greater site customization to better align with our journals’ processes as well as with the needs of our editors and authors. We are delighted that so much of the control of the site is now with us. If a change is needed, we can make it happen in moments.”

“Aries is honored to have The Oncology Nursing Society select Editorial Manger to support its editorial workflow. We are thrilled to work with ONS, a mission-driven organization continuously advancing the healthcare of patients with cancer,” commented Aries Director of Sales Jake Kelleher.

The Oncology Nursing Society joins more than 6,700 journals already using Editorial Manager. Hundreds of leading publishers worldwide have adopted Editorial Manager including Wolters Kluwer, Springer Nature, American Psychological Association, Endocrine Society, Wiley-VCH, Brill, Taylor & Francis, University of Chicago Press, Elsevier, American Association for the Advancement of Science, and more.
