Recent New Launches

global-challengesMany new journals have begun using Editorial Manager, including two open access journals: Global Challenges and JBJS Open Access. The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) also recently launched Precision Oncology and Clinical Cancer Informatics. Quaternary Research and the International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics have also migrated to Editorial Manager.

The topic of the presentation will be “Institutional Perspective – what are the researcher’s employers interested in?” View the EEMUG agenda for more details on sessions. Springer Announces Publons Pilot

Springer Nature and Publons announced a year-long pilot project involving numerous EM journals, including static1-squarespace-1Archives of Virology, Enviromental Science and Pollution Research, and more. See the full list of participating journals. New UK Business Development Manager Appointed

CRediT and Feedback for the CRediT Steering Committee

CRediT-logoAs you know, the CRediT taxonomy is fully functional and available in Editorial Manager (see video). The CRediT Steering Committee wants to hear from you about any terms you’d like to see added to the taxonomy. Run this report and send your list of “other” entries to the CASRAI staff to help shape the future of contributor recognition!
