Aries Systems is pleased to announce our multi-year, multi-phase user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) redesign initiative for Editorial Manager® (EM) and ProduXion Manager®(PM). Driven by Aries’ dedication to delivering excellence, customer feedback, and evolving design and accessibility standards, upcoming UX/UI enhancements will create a more modern, intuitive, and efficient user experience.
Many publishers require full conflict of interest (COI) disclosures upfront, though standards and policies vary between journals and are unevenly applied. Additionally, publications often see many discrepancies from one manuscript to the next due to inconsistent disclosures. To streamline the disclosure process, Aries Systems and AAMC have partnered to integrate Convey with EM, providing publishers with a flexible, automatic, and centralized solution.
As EM/PM continued to expand and evolve over the years through new innovations and partnerships, Aries recognized the need to enhance the systems’ interface to provide users with the best experience. In our latest blog we detail our strategic approach to our UX/UI redesign initiative, our framework and processes, what users can expect, and how users can volunteer to contribute to this project!
