Supporting Publishers and Open Access COVID-19 Research

In honor of our commitment to support publishers, EM/PM users and the research community during these unprecedented times, Aries has provided a free Editorial Manager site to MIT Press for their recently established journal, Rapid Reviews: COVID-19 (RR:C19). RR:C19 is an open access overlay journal designed to accelerate the peer review process for COVID-19 research preprints to advance findings, and prevent the distribution of misinformed or misleading scientific news.

Aries to Offer New Repository API for Flexible Vendor Integrations

Aries Systems is pleased to announce the upcoming release of a new Editorial Manager (EM) API for repositories that will make it easier for journals to comply with open data requirements. This application will be developed as a “generic” or “universal” API, enabling flexible integration opportunities for independent repositories. Aries invites interested third parties to inquire about a potential collaboration with this new API.
